In the end this was the solution for my issue!
I meant to write that the issue occurred once again. I then went into Windows RE Environment. I used Fix Start Up issues option and was able to boot into my computer. I then fragmented the c drive....

It just finished restoring. I have a windows 8.1 with C drive only. All the other partitions are gone. There is no recovery drive as well.
Also there are no built in softwares that came with this...
Let's hope this works. I was too anxious to get this done. I had created the Windows recovery drive and then checked its contents. They looked similiar to me as the recovery partition. Just incase...
I created a recovery drive using the option available in start menu. It asked me do I want to recover by keeping files or remove everything. I did the second option. Once its done, I will report back!
Booted again into the HP recovery manager using F11 at startup. The option for recovery is still greyed out.
