Okay, so I think I figured my problem out.
I had moved my Program File & Program Files(x86) from my SSD drive to a different drive and updated the registry settings to default it to the new drive....

I am having the same problem as well with a fresh install of Windows 10 Pro.
I do not have an Nvidia or Intel card, I have two ATI video cards.
There are no erroneous profiles in my ProfileList....
