I am going to very strongly disagree with that. If you looked at my post I am having the exact same issues with Professional. V1703 fresh install to boot.
My computers are doing it with clean installs of Professional 1703......

ISOtoUSB did format it as FAT32. Still didn't work. You had a typo above. Is what you are saying all that needed to be done is format it FAT32 then copy the files in the ISO at that point? No need...
Excellant call Ztrucker. ISOtoUSB didn't have the GPT option. Burned it with Rufus and it took right off. Thanks a million!
Thanks Ztrucker. The partitions are GPT. It was a fresh install of Version 1703 just this morning and UEFI was enabled. I used ISO to USB. Will try Rufus and see if it make and difference.
