I have, yes. No helpful solutions past the standard array of fixes. Hopefully it'll eventually be fixed.
Well I checked the history and it hasn't actually updated any drivers itself in the past, like, months.
Not lately, but I"ve manually gone through and has windows update check for drivers for nearly everything I have installed, as well as manually downloaded more recent ones for a couple.
Alright, well, thanks for trying. And yeah, Windows update is set to keep things updated.
I did that a few days ago. Do need to buy a can of compressed air but yeah, the GPU's clean.
Hmm, so in other words I probably just have the worst luck when it comes to how nvidia's drivers happen to interact with windows with my specific setup? I've already gone through like 4 driver...
Alright, got through 8+ passes this time, no errors.
Alright, running that now (posting from laptop). I'll keep you updated, probably later tonight when it finishes 8 passes, or sooner if it still fails.
Alrighty, here ya go:

Furmark didn't seem to cause any artifacts so I don't think it's the video card itself.
I decided to run memtest again (Cus I'm a sucker for punishment) and it froze during the test; everything...
Right, I do get what a VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE implies, I just wasn't sure if the newer DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION I got could possibly be related somehow, noting that it was a very specific thing (Moving...
Attaching the new dump I just got, as it's a DPC_WATCHDOG instead of a VIDEO_TDR, according to whocrashed, but still points at the nvidia driver. Figure it might make more sense to someone here.
Wow, so, I can't believe I haven't noted this before. I sort of noticed it but I never actually posted it before. Whenever I move files around larger than like a gig at a time, it gives me a...
The only partition with less than 10% space is an external drive. Could that honestly cause the problem? Either way, I'll move some files just to be safe.
As for memtest, I meant MemTest86+, the...
I haven't replied here in a bit, but I'm gonna try once more and give some updates to see if anyone has anything new they can suggest.
New things I've tried.
*Using an older Nvidia Quadro card...
Bit of an update since there's been no real response. New n vidia drivers helped a little; no more watchdog errors, meaning my bluescreens are just from video_TDR and have gone from once every hour...
Alright, got a new crash even though it took a lot longer than previous ones had, but it was another VIDEO_TDR. I used the log collector again, but should only be the most recent one that needs...
Alright, so, no guarantee it's working longterm, but thus far it's been working better than it had. What I did was install pre-Windows 10 drivers, specifically 350.12, as per a suggestion by someone...
Checked the 'file moving' crashes in whocrashed and saw they were video_tdr too, despite a lack of a bluescreen.
Alright, well, besides waiting for Nvidia to fix their sucky drivers, is there...

Changing the values doesn't seem to have helped with the issues caused when I move to many files at once or try to archive a huge folder (I wanted to try doing a bit of backup, I know, should've done...
I've run Ccleaner on my registry several times now, and the hal crashes are most infrequent according to my list of dumps, so maybe that's fixed? We'll see.
As for the rest, win10guy, thanks,...
Just to note, I've also now gotten crashes when doing something as simple as moving files around. I won't bother updating the new crashes as 1) I'm on my laptop right now and 2) It's just more of the...
Hey, had a couple more crashes, seemingly in the same vein as the others, but I went ahead and got those collected too, since you never know!
