I have to use windows 10 since MS wont support new hardware on Windows 7 anymore and indeed having been using it...

What you call service packs for Windows 10 as in 1607 should be bug fixes to bugs people have complained about and the odd new feature MS wants to ram down your throats, so in that sense the users...

Fix bugs? Microsoft fixes two bugs creates 5, and that fix blocks further updates, need to remove, rinse and repeat, install update to find bugs not been fixed and you have more...
