Ccleaner > un-check memory dumps and Windows log files
Startup and recovery > system failure > un-check automatic restart
Virtual memory > check automatically manage paging file size for all drives
Windows error reporting services startup type > automatic

Solved the yellow exclamation point issue only. Turns out that it was a Wireless Phone Charger plugged into a USB 3.0 Hub flaggin that in Device Manager. Other problems still persist

Question.... The Fast Startup issue that it's flaggin. What is the resolve for that, what is causing it. I do know that my system boots up slower than it has in the past. And considering I have an M.2 Card... it should be alot faster.
I tried disabling it in Control Panel>All Control Panel Items>PowerOptions> Choose what Buttons do and I don't have that feature listed where it should be
Turn off fast startup:

In the event viewer there were crashes and failed crash dump.
The plan now is watch and wait for a spontaneous crash/BSOD.
If there is a BSOD crash you should be able to view the BSOD window with automatic restart un-checked.
Typically there is a bugcheck and a misbehaving driver may be displayed.
If you see them record them and post into the thread.
