Ed, in search bar of task, type internet option, open it up, click on Settings, click View Files, see if you find a Cookie called Infostealer.
I downloaded it, found several cookies from it including Infostealer.
8 gigs of RAM is the minimum for Windows I would recommend now, that assumes using 64-bit version which any CPU in that last dozen years is likely fine with.

Not overly important but, I just noticed, in Build 9901, I can't minimize the Performance Monitor (Summary View) to the task bar by clicking on the task bar icon!
