Cmd prompt to turn off Fast startup at boot

Would an Autoexec Bat file work? Maybe turning off hibernate (?)
The problem is on my Asus UX303LA laptop with Fast Start on I can't boot from a recovery usb. If I turn off Fast Startup all is well and the computer boots.
What would be be the code?

I like to turn off hibernation, which removes the hiberfil.sys file and also disables fast startup. Command Prompt (Admin):

powercfg -h off

Why look for a complicated solution when there's an easy one?

No, if you shut down with fast startup turned on you (and I) can't boot from a USB.

So I use Restart instead. That does a full start up from cold and will allow you to boot from your USB.

Also holding down shift key when clicking on shutdown also does a complete shutdown.

Heads up, this is not a good fix anymore.
I manage hundreds of devices and like you I found this great option to just disable all hibernation. A few months ago (probably 4-6, time flies) I started running into issues caused by Fast Boot, systems that i personally had just turned on and showed the up time for over a week etc. So i started digging more.
First i went through many of the systems that only had hibernation disabled, they frequently had the same issues. Then i looked into PCs where i had manually disabled fast start up, then later hibernate in whole as I sent the command to all PCs. These PCs were also experiencing the same symptoms of fast boot. When I re-enabled hibernate i was finding that fast startup was enabled again. but if i disabled it, then disabled hibernate and rebooted, waited several days and then re-enabled hibernate it was staying disabled. So most major Windows 10 updates are re-enabling Fast boot even when hibernate is disabled, and now it actually effects the PC even though hibernate is disabled.
I tested further, enabling Fast Boot and then disabling hibernation (powercfg -h off) and the PC still uses Fast Boot.

Fast boot is such a frustrating "feature" (lets call it a bug), at this point it is the first thing I check for any computer problem including QuickBooks errors. Sadly disabling it has fixed even that. Its not the answer all fix by any means, but it caused so many problems in so many areas its unbelievable its still enforced to be enabled with many updates.
Thats my rant, but yes it is imperative that the information of disabling hibernation doesnt work like its supposed to anymore gets told.
