Don't know much about Twitch, except it's a live streaming platform. Looks very much like it's building itself a humongous cache. Doubt it's a Firefox issue. I generally have 15-20 tabs open in FF, multi-process, and as you can see, it doesn't go hog wild like yours. Look for some tweak in Twitch to limit cache size.
This looks like a memory leak , and most probably caused by your opened page itself , apparently it keeps dynamically updating contents and doesn't flush from time to time earlier calculations / textures / video used .
Just to make sure turn off all Plugins / Toolbars and other pages , if the leak persists it'd be just your Page .
P.S If you confirm its the game leaking , you should know leaks may be browser specific , try a different browser and see if it has better memory handling .
Try the Latest Beta of Firefox 57 it does not have memory leaks and has a totally new engine.

I found this.
Is there a way I can do this myself? The fix the Twitch Team needs to make is to permanently disable the flash player forever, I don't know if you're using it, but in most cases like this; The Flash Player is the problem. Even Adobe recognizes that flash is a problem and has been gradually converting everything it does to being HTML5/CSS3 based.
