A computer virus attaches itself to a program or file enabling it to spread from one computer to another, leaving infections as it travels

I don't thing you can make HitmanPro scan all attached drives have a look at its settings.

Temporarily disable your AntiVirus and AntiSpyware protection and scan your computer with ESET Online Scanner.

After finish scanning your computer with Eset Online Scanner, scan your computer with TDSSKiller.

Please read carefully and follow these steps.

    • Download TDSSKiller and save it to your Desktop.
    • Extract its contents to your desktop.
    • Once extracted, open the TDSSKiller folder and doubleclick on TDSSKiller.exe to run the application, then on Start Scan.
    • If an infected file is detected, the default action will be Cure, click on Continue.
    • If a suspicious file is detected, the default action will be Skip, click on Continue.
    • It may ask you to reboot the computer to complete the process. Click on Reboot Now.
    • If no reboot is require, click on Report. A log file should appear. Please copy and paste the contents of that file here.
    • If a reboot is required, the report can also be found in your root directory, (usually C:\ folder) in the form of "TDSSKiller.[Version]_[Date]_[Time]_log.txt". Please copy and paste the contents the report here.

Run below command to register all .dll files. After that, restart your OS to check whether you can create system restore points.
Open the Command Prompt as a administrator.

    Code:
    for %1 in (%windir%\system32\*.dll) do regsvr32.exe /s %1

You can also use tweaking tool to repair volume shadow copy service.
