    for this guy it was the led program from his mobo but i dont have a program like that

    Razer has been known to cause problems with the OS in the past. I'm not sure about recently. You could try a Clean Boot and activate one program at a time until you find which one it is. Perform a Clean Boot in Windows 10 to Troubleshoot Software Conflicts Windows 10 Performance Maintenance Tutorials

    no razer fixed the issue without razer cortex my pc is back to horrible stutters and audio cutouts
