Windows 10 - black screen at startup

started my desktop computer after being off for 24 hours, and it starts up with a black screen, the screen says from time to time no video input.
I swapped cables, a different type of connection, nothing.
When I opened the box, I see it restarting after about a minute, trying to login, and nothing, then going through the above cycle again and again.
Also, when the computer goes into restart mode, I hear a beep, and now nothing.

I disconnected all hard drives, including the "c", and same as above.
I cannot even get into the bios to see what's going on.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, as I would assume the motherboard went?

    thanks

    Hi tapuz.

Not sure how much memory you have but I would take it down to one stick. Ensure it is in the location specified by your documentation for a single stick. Attempt boot. If it doesn't work try an alternate stick.

One way to likely get the BIOS taking to you, remove the coin size CMOS battery. First remove the wall plug, remove battery and hold power button for 15 secs. Put battery back in, watch plus minus, plug in and boot. Down side to this is that it will reset your BIOS settings, if you or someone on your behalf changed something then it will be lost. Please consider this.
