I ran PoolMonX first with the memory usage high, and then right after rebooting. Here are the two screenshots I took.

From these screenshots, it seems as if Process objects and Thread objects are the main culprits behind the non-paged pool leak.
Regarding Paged and Non-Paged pool sizes, how large are they? If you do have a pool leak you'll want to use PoolMonX, and sort by KBytes from highest to lowest. Monitor it over the course of several hours or day (feel free to post screenshots) and see if any "Tag" (left most column) is taking up an ever increasing amount of KBytes.
I have used poolmonx and can identify tags that are not releasing non paged memory. BUT, I do not know how to find out what program or service those tags come from.
Can someone help?
I noticed yesterday that YourPhoneServer.exe is using excessive RAM, it appears to have a memory leak as the RAM use increases all the time.
