    Slow Transfer on Windows 10

    Transferring data (outlook file) from internal SSD to USB 3.0 Flash drive on Windows 10. For some reason it beginning peaks at 40mbps now only at 7.21mbps any idea why such a huge drop off? Any fixes?

    I am transferring data from my SSD to a flash drive. This is not happening over a network.
