Ok. Lets verify some information real quick. UEFI has nothing to do with the OS. UEFI is firmware that is meant to replace legacy BIOS. The only relation that it has to the OS is if the os can run using uefi (only windows 8+ can).
yeah I already know that and ım trying to install win10 so thats not a problem just writing mistakes. and sorry my english isnt that good

If your computer has UEFI capabilities, you would see a area in your bios settings that looks something like this:
    Attachment 142667
You may also see references to "secure boot" and being able to turn it off or something similar. If you don't see any mention of UEFI or secure boot in your bios settings, your computer does NOT support it.
I see these options and I already mentioned that it was uefi compatible in the first post
EDIT: the iso copying is nearly done ill try to boot and if I do not reply you know that it worked

How did you create the bootable USB is what I want to know. Did you use Rufus? As far as i know, rufus is the only tool able to create bootable USBs that can be detected by UEFI...
For future reference, rufus has proven to be one of the worst methods to make a plain, Windows 10 bootable USB flash drive because of it's overly complicated and completely unneeded settings (which the OP and many, many others have gotten wrong), and it definitely is not the only way to create bootable UEFI bootable USB flash drives.

The easiest method to create a USB flash drive that will boot in both Legacy BIOS and UEFI is just to let the Microsoft provided Media Creation Tool create it.

If you already have the ISO file saved, you don't need any third party programs at all. Insert the USB flash drive with Windows running. Open a Command Prompt (Admin) or Powershell (Admin) and run the following commands:

    diskpart
    list disk
select disk # <- replace # with the actual disk number of the USB flash drive
clean <- this will erase the disk selected above, make sure it is the USB flash drive!
    format fs=fat32 quick
    active
    assign
    exit
    exit

Then mount the ISO file, in Windows 8/8.1/10 right click and select mount. Then copy all the files and folders from the mounted ISO file to the USB flash drive.

That's it. You have a flash drive bootable in both Legacy BIOS and UEFI - and that is basically exactly the same way the Media Creation Tool creates it.

+1 for the MCT method, has always worked for me both Bootable USB and downloaded .iso file to create the DVD.

I do my USB install media via diskpart and they work just fine with UEFI and legacy installs. And the Microsoft Windows 10 Media Creation Tool will also make UEFI compatible install media.

I am going to have to learn to read all posts before replying, What NavyLCDR said.
