    Recycle Bin display problem

I changed my Recycle Bin Icons. Since then I have to refresh the Desktop to see its true state of being empty or full. Otherwise it shows the true state immediately after a restart when it gets refreshed on booting.
Any suggestions to correct the malfunction?

    Code:
    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\CLSID\{645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E}\DefaultIcon
Go to that registry key and add ,0 after your icon files. That bug's been around since at least Windows 7.
