Lost administrator rights after update creator

I am not happy with the creators update. I have a local administrator account and now all in a sudden my administrator rights are fully curbed. I had to install a built in second administrator account to have them back.
This is very annoying. Once this build in account installed it also keeps you from turning back to the old configuration. A dirty trick really!
Is there a way to get local adminstrator rights back?

please post the last few items you either installed or updated prior to the creators update, cause i'm on it here 15063.413 and no issues what so ever.

In fact I first updated before the automatic update came. On this occasion I added the built in administrator account first and found out from there on there was no return. The system also became very slow.As a precaution I made a true image back-up prior to this adventure so that's how I could undo the whole thing first. But a week ago the automatic update was announced on my screen. I supposed the bugs were gone and I installed again. Except the video drivers (amd) everything seemed ok. Normal speed but the administrator rights still gone.
I am now on version 15063.413 just like you.
    So still puzzled.
