I wonder if you could try an in-place repair upgrade, follow Brink's advice here: Repair Install Windows 10 with an In-place Upgrade

open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste these commands:
    1) sfc /scannow
    2) dism /online /cleanup-image /checkhealth
    3) dism /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth
    4) dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
    5) chkdsk /scan

When these 5 steps are completed right click on the top bar or title bar of the administrative command prompt box, left click on edit then select all, the right click on the top bar or title bar again, then left click on edit the copy, then paste into the forum.
    6) winver (view the pop up and post the windows version and build into the forum)

    7) C:\$Windows.~BT\Sources\Panther
The panther logs are often hidden. Configure file explorer so that you can find the hidden files.
Locate these logs and post share links in the forum:
    setuperr.log
    setupact.log
    Setupmem.dmp
    $Windows.~bt\Sources\Rollback\setupmem.dmp
    $Windows.~bt\Sources\Rollback*.evtx
    setupapi.dev.log
    $Windows.~bt\Sources\Rollback\setupapi\setupapi.dev.log
    BlueBox.log

    What antivirus are you using?
If you are using anything besides windows defender please uninstall it using the manufacturers uninstall tool and use windows defender during the troubleshooting.

What is the make and model of your computer?
Open the computer manufacturer's web site, enter your computer's product or serial number and find the most up to date drivers for your computer's configuration and operating system

Open windows update and perform an update (not upgrade)
post any update KB# that fails with error code

When you ran sfc /scan it found integrity violations. Was it able or not able to fix them?
When you ran chkdsk did it complete?

Please post the results of the chkdsk:

Another option is to open eventvwr and use find 26226

Were you able to run the panther command and find the hidden logs using file explore hide menu?
With the logs we can look for information about what happened with upgrade failure and potentially fix the problem areas
