Task Manager Startup impact not measured

This seems to be a common problem. Task Manager under Start-up tab under Start-up impact shows everything not measured. Everything else fine. Ideas?

Have you ran a third party agressive cleaning app which deleted some of the files? If so, try loading a previous system image (if available).
You can check the windows log files here: C:\Windows\System32\wdi\LogFiles
