DISM: How long should the DISM scan take to complete ?

Normally when a tests completes without reporting anything wrong I'm happy camper.
I have been wanting to ask a question about the DISM "scan" completing rather quickly.

I seem to remember the command taking some time to finish, but for a while now the command Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth takes only 2 min 45 sec. Is that a concern ? Is it running correctly ?

I understand that each machine will complete the command at different times, but I'm comparing it to what it used to take on my machine.

Mine takes about (or slightly less than) 3 minutes. As long as you get a successful completion notice, you should be OK. I agree that it does seem to run more quickly than in the past.

    Hope this helps.
