In the end, RAM performance rarely makes much difference to pc performance as the bottlenecks are usually hard drive and CPU.
I doubt most people would not be able to detect if slower RAM was put in a pc.
Depends on the processor too, with Ryzen I get better processor scores with faster memory. It may also help with some applications/games that are more memory intensive. Lower Cas latency also help and in some cases can even make up for frequency. In borderline cases it can be make or break for performance.
Yes, cuz my SSD and CPU sure makes up the difference for this poor score.
