cpu at 20% for unknown reason - System Interrupt

    Hi,

    the pc: QC5000-ITXPH

I've got a severe issue here.
When I open one of these 2 surveillance softwares:
    -axis-camera-station
    -axis-companion
, after a while the cpu starts load at 20% without reason.

the process is "System Interrupts" and I can't determine what is causing this.
I've tried almost all the solutions found on google and I even formatted.

with axis companion I also have problems with the hardware acceleration, the images have poor fps and lag, that's why I think there's a problem with the graphic drivers, but I dont really know.

I've already tried to use the software DPC Latency Checker, it says one of the files that causes the interrupts calls is acpi.sys..

I tried to detach all the usb devices, tried to change video drivers,
I dont know what to do, please help.

In administrative command prompt run sfc /scannow
Have you uninstalled and reinstalled the software?

Perform a clean boot and then reevaluate what is happening in task manager.
    Better, worse, same over time?

How to perform a Clean Boot in Windows 10 - TechNet Articles - United States (English) - TechNet Wiki

If better then you can narrow down the misbehaving application.
If worse then you can use windows performance recorder.
The challenge will be the analysis or finding someone to interpret the tracings

System Interrupts are hardware based so I'd look at your drivers first. Is it only happening when you run your camera software? I'd say it was conflicting with your gpu drivers

    hi,

I did sfc scannow and it didnt detect any issue.

I could do a clean boot, but the system is pratically new, there's nothing to exclude.

I'm now running the system since hours after makin the Realtek LAN driver update, from the win10 update one to the asrock website downloaded one, that it seems to be more recent. I'll also try the one from the official realtek website. I'm not getting the issue, till now,,, still wating....

anyway if I solve or not, I still have hardware accelerated images lag and poor fps with Axis Companion, so there's a problem even with the gpu drivers i think.

edit: i'll wait a day or two then i can mark this thread as solved. thanks
