**SOLVED* I found out what it's from and uninstalled it.
In my case it was from my Intel Driver Update Utility.
This is related to Intel Driver Update among other things esrv.exe Windows process - What is it?.
Uninstall it and you're done.
Actually Microsoft started rolling it out to Windows Update yesterday, but you could officially download it last Wednesday using their Update Assistant Tool. Then on last Thursday they also made it available through the Media Creation Tool.
I've had it since last Wednesday.
Nothing major really for a desktop pc.
Night Light is nice, it does what f.lux does.
Game Mode, Beam Streaming, etc.
Game Mode itself only adds maybe 1 FPS if your pc isn't ancient and a lot of games aren't updaed to work with it.
Can lock your pc if you walk away. _Needs Bluetooth device outside pc to work, I think.
Supposed Edge & Cortana improvements.
Don't really use Edge, so no clue there.
