Well...Actually D4ni3l, this will only prevent the error from being logged and so no longer show up in your event viewer. The underling cause of this error would still exist.

Could this error even remotely have anything to do with my Windows Store ( Update Install Error )?.... errors out and it just keeps starting over and over, causing the InstallAgent.exe and InstallBroker.exe to run until I manually stop it via the task manager. So I decided to delete some stuff out of my SoftwareDistribution/ Download folder and the SLS folder and maybe another folder that had some stuff in it, I did not delete the folders themselves just stuff in it

I did go in and modify the properties/security tab and give myself Full User Rights on the 'WindowsApps' folder, ( Or right clicking and taking ownership first ) and after I did that I noticed that it knocked out 'All Application Packages' from the permissions list and I had to keep adding it, got tired of that game so I am no longer able to update Windows Apps.....

BUT! I can still use the Apps just fine from windows store..... and my cloned drive has this error on it so every time I start over, Im using the clone that has this error on it. Im a Web Designer/3D Motion GRFX artist and those apps take forever to reinstall when you have work to do....

So I thought that changing the SSD to where WindowsApps Folder was saved it would solve that issue, it did not 'solve' the issue, I did not pass go and collect $200.00

As I look at my Event Viewer, there are so many Error's and Warning's.... Starting completely over is an option I know..... But it is one that I really cant afford at the moment

EDIT: If I try to upgrade to 1709 from 1703, my Store Icon disappears.... The mouse over is still there but it wont open so I have scrubbed the 1709 upgrade from my system

Your solution for skipping this id=64 , by setting it from 1 to 0 does not function at all , in Win10 1803, it keeps popping up in the event-log , no matter what I do !
This certificate , which causes this warning , shows a fingerprint I can not find , is there a way to find the certificate which belongs to it ??
Is there really no way from showing this item ................??
    I appreciate some help, please............

Did not get any response , so removed the key from regedit completely ( made backup first , just in case.....)
The error is gone...............!! ( solved)
