    Double-post, sorry, I can't edit my old post: I just solved my issue, which is very similar to yours. Does this do it for you too?

    Click Start. Type "cmd". Right-click the thingy, run as admin. Type "powercfg -h off" without quotes. Hit enter. That's it. You're done. It's fixed.

    As @dalchina suggested take a boot trace with Windows Performance Recorder and we can tell you exactly what is causing the delay;

    - Download and Install windows Performance Toolkit Windows ADK downloads - Windows Hardware Dev Center . Choose the package corresponding to your Windows version.- Record a trace using Windows Performance Recorder using these options: https://justpaste.it/1dm88- Compress the resulting file- Share it through Free file transfer, send large files - TransferNow or any other file sharing platform.I'll analyze your trace file and give you a feedback.You can find here a tutorial on how to take a boot trace using WPT http://zinetek.com/2015/12/16/how-to...t-sequence/See you

    What was the boot time before clean boot?
    What were the boot time and changes using clean boot?
    And what were the boot time and changes using safe mode?
