UnCleaner is amazing, I run it every time after large disk cleaning, large file deletions, program uninstallations (even with Revo), in same cases it removes even a GB or more. Windows "abandons" some files after some time and UnCleaner catches them (or some of them) and cleans them.

When I run the disk cleanup tool, it leaves over 5 GB of files in IE Temp files. CCleaner does not remove them either.

These settings affect what CCleaner does.

I would not worry about 520KB as most likely system type files that can not be deleted, by system
You where 5.09GB before > so BIG difference there
completely agree. a lot of us have files in the various temp folders that can't be deleted.

Did you read post #7? I said it was a typo. I still have 520 GB.

No confusion, works fine on W10 otherwise I wouldn't be able to use it or recommend it.

    Try 3 steps below:
    1. Download TFC Temporary file removal tool . Right click and run as admin.
Note: This program will kill some background processes in order to delete the locked temp files.
    2. Open Admin command and run cleanmgr in extended mode, put check marks on everything:
      %SystemRoot%\System32\Cmd.exe /c Cleanmgr /sageset:65535 & Cleanmgr /sagerun:65535
    3. Run cleanmgr in normal mode again to see if Temporary Internet Files were deleted.
