speed of processor 1 in group 0 is being limited by system firmware !?

I am seeing several messages in the event log shortly after I boot (the adapter message appears earlier than the processor messages):

    • A command sent to the adapter has timed out. The adapter did not respond.
    • The speed of processor 0 in group 0 is being limited by system firmware.
The processor has been in this reduced performance state for 71 seconds since the last report.
    • The speed of processor 1 in group 0 is being limited by system firmware.
The processor has been in this reduced performance state for 71 seconds since the last report.
    • The speed of processor 2 in group 0 is being limited by system firmware.
The processor has been in this reduced performance state for 71 seconds since the last report.
    • The speed of processor 3 in group 0 is being limited by system firmware.
The processor has been in this reduced performance state for 71 seconds since the last report.

What could be causing this? My firmware is up-to-date.

Which model number of that Inspiron? Dell also makes Desktops/Towers using the name Inspiron, includes a 'standard', SFF and UltraSFF sizes.

    Looking forward to Windows 11N-UX.
Everything I've read indicates Windows 10 is the last major version, will be updated with new Upgrades, such as Version 1511 was Upgraded to Version 1607, and new Builds for updating. Think of the Builds as the older Service Packs.

    Inspiron 15 7000 Series 7559
I have all the latest firmware and drivers already downloaded and installed.
I realize this could possibly be caused by a recent update that needs to be backed out.

I have an Inspiron 7537 and get the same warning Event ID 37 which I just ignore since everything is up to date.
