my laptop since upgrade from W7 to W10 has slow startup.
I click turn on button, after first loading, everything go sleep (maybe) and have to wait nearly 1 minutes then Windows starts normally.
Any suggestions?

Do you have Windows Fast Startup enabled. Couldn't tell but that laptop looks older and could be it doesn't support this feature.
I would suggest, as a test, disable Fast Startup. Easiest way to kill for testing is open a command prompt(Admin) type powercfg -h off
See if this changes things. To reverse, same command only with word "On".
I would try running sfc /scannow from an admin command prompt and chkdsk c: /r (takes a long time).
