Yesterday my laptop start up really slowly and i tried to disable all services through msconfig then restart it, the problem appear here. I cant login because login screen not appearing i tried to safe mode with Shift + restart, Shift F8 and F8 but doesnt work.
I hope you guys can give me solution how to fix this. Thanks in advance.
Microsoft has disabled F8 by default in Windows 10. I don't agree with it, but they did. See Option Three here:

Thanks for the link, what's different between windows 10, W10 N and W10 Single Language ? Which one should i choose for windows 10 pro?
Windows 10 is standard and includes both Home and Pro. That's 99% chance the one you want. Windows 10 N is for countries that required all the media player stuff to be stripped out of the OS, so it is Windows 10 without a media player. Windows 10 Home Single Language is a stripped down version of Windows 10, is Home version only, cannot install any language packs. Some cheap netbooks will have this to keep them cheap.
I got the ISO and right know i like to clean install my laptop but in partition step there's partition with name cant remember exactly but i t think its Drive 0 partition x OEM (Reserved) do i need to delete it or just ignore it ?
