    Hi, I'll ask some questions as you've not said what you've tried or what happened.
    1. Do you have a current bootable Win 10 medium (e.g. flash drive or DVD)?
    2. If so, can you boot from it?
    3. If you were able to boot from it, what did you try?

    Now have a look here:

    - try method 4 to boot from your Win 10 medium
    How To Rebuild the BCD in Windows [10 to 20 Minutes]

    and see if this helps.

    I have flash drive and I was try to recover the pc but it didn't work out.

    I would create a bootable USB flash drive of Kyhi's recovery tools:
    Windows 10 Recovery Tools - Bootable Rescue Disk

    Boot the computer from that, run Macrium Reflect. Under the restore menu will be a utility to Fix Windows startup problems.
