Look I am not that into 10 right now as I have been in 7 for a long time but are you running the Samsung Magician software ?? as it can cause some quite obscure issues or at least I have had some using Windows 7.

Another program you could use in this instance is RAMMap.

    RAMMap

Use RAMMap to gain understanding of the way Windows manages memory, to analyze application memory usage, or to answer specific questions about how RAM is being allocated. RAMMap’s refresh feature enables you to update the display and it includes support for saving and loading memory snapshots.

The most important screenshot is still missing, that of Task Manager - Performance tab showing memory info.

Did that and nothing changed but yesterday observed something. If i don't use Chrome or Firefox maybe i don't have that high usage. Looks like that issue appears when opening any kind of internet explorer !?

Finally I fixed my problem simply by reinstalling windows and going back to win 10.
Even when I open few tabs both from firefox and chrome still no more than 3 gb of memory usage.
This problem is fixed but now audio problem rises with realtek codec not supporting dts in win 10.
Gonna swallow it and move forward.
Thank you for your opinions and help.
    Cheers
P.S. Tried that clean boot but couldn't solve the issue so i made that drastic act. Hope it will last :)
