Where is the padlock data in Disk Cleanup Temporary Internet Files?
When I run the standard Disk Cleanup I have a padlock and according to it's description it's what's left intact.
That's ok with me as it's only 101MB but I'd like to know where to find those that are not removed.

I've been using the advanced Disk Cleanup method via a batch file that I found somewhere in the Windows 7 forum and continue to use it on my Windows 10 computer.
My computer runs fine: it's just that I don't recall seeing a padlock a few months ago and my curiosity wants me to see where I can find what isn't cleaned up by Disk Cleanup

EDIT: In case it makes a difference
On the computer that is shown in my posts I use only EDGE.
I have another Windows 10 computer on which I use only IE11.
