Windows 10 Screen wont rotate with hotkeys?

Hi,i have a hp laptop running Win 10.I recently found out that Screen Rotation with hotkeys(Ctrl+Alt+Arrow Keys)is not working any more.It used to rotate earlier..even after installing Win 10.In my Graphic properties, the hotkeys option is enabled. But in my Intel HD Graphics control panel,Under the hotkeys section, where the list of other hotkeys is viewed, the options for the screen rotation is no where to be found. It used to work earlier. But now its gone.I can rotate my screen in settings>Display by manually selecting the the options, but the Hotkeys are not working no more.Any ideas??Thanks..
