    sfc /scannow failed

    Hi guys ,
    I have a laptop with windows 10 home upgraded from windows 7 home ( engl/us )
I've installed Windows anniversary update 1607 successfuly and I've created a DVD installation disk too, burning the .iso file to disk (imgburn)
A few days before I ran from command prompt (admin) the command line sfc /scannow three times and the result was
....... found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them ! ! !
    So , I ran DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth and DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth but result was
    error : 729 in some percentage ( e.g. 46.7 % ).
Now , the question is should solve the problem an upgrade installation using the DVD installation disk ,keeping my apps and files ?
    thanks in advance

Sorry, guess my reading skills have disappeared. Guess most I did to help is "bump" your thread. Apologize.

Did you actually read the tutorial ?
Especially the part that shows how to use a repair source other than the Windows Components Store for it seems yours is corrupted.

    Cheers,

Try Image-Health > Windows 10 Recovery Tools - Bootable Rescue Disk

Insert your upgrade DVD and run option 3

    Kyhi , hey
I followed your instructions and ran option 3 and chose 1 to mount the wim image . After mounting (100% successful) the RestoreHealth
command led to error in some percentage (%) . So guess , run setup.exe from DVD and choose to keep apps and personal files ?
