    Recovery


    I just made a recovery Flash Card and it took about 2 hours. Luckily I have never needed to use the recovery method so I would like to know if I need to use the flash card will all data be erased from the card. Thanks

    No, if you have to use the card it won't be erased: it will be used to help drive recovery on your boot/system partitions, where it will drive changes there. Little or nothing on the recovery media itself changes during the recovery process.
