Scary Windows 10 disk cleanup. Should I run it.

Good Day All

i went back to do the disk cleanup and discovered that that item was gone, i did the normal clean then the sys clean and it was gone? oh well

If you checked the box that reads "System Update Cleanup" when using Disk Cleanup/Cleanup System files, you already instructed the utility to remove those files from your system. If you didn't perhaps I misunderstood your posting. AFAIK, Disk Cleanup is the most likely way to remove such files from your system. I just learned yesterday that

dism /online /cleanup-image /analyzecomponentstore

can also handle this task as well, but I'm guessing that may not have been the cleanup technique you used here.
