Hi, freezing problems have been widely reported with the initial anniversary build for some users. MS issued an update a couple of months later which is supposed to have fixed this, and there have been updates since, one very large.

    Current build level is: 14393.187
What is yours? (Windows key + R, winver)

Well, if your build level isn't the latest, recheck Windows Update; it may also be possible to manually downloading the update if not offered.

I'm assuming you're saying you've not installed anything.

Is this the first time you've had Win 10 on that PC?
