Windows 10 uses only 75% or 3/4 RAM

Erez, is that before or after you turned on Paging? Looks like before.

That says you're not using a paging file, so Windows gets short of memory, can't page RAM to disk, and your system crashes. (Looking at it very simplistically). That's not the default setting- so I'm wondering why you disabled paging?
You should enable it.
I disabled it, because I have very few space available in my C drive. That's why. I always have less than 1 GB available. Currently I have about 900 MB in there. I must say that I installed windows 10 in C drive, neither D nor E drives.
C drive is always used by all running apps. As you said, I can extend my RAM and this is cheap if I am running 64 bit operating system. That's the best solution for me. I am about to extend it to 8 GB RAM. Thanks for your help and assistance!

@Erez, glad you found a solution that works for you. A question, though.... After you installed/upgraded Windows 10, did you ever do a Disk Cleanup? 900MB left is extremely low. Can you post a pic of your Disk Management screen showing the C, D, and E drives?

Actually it happens since I installed windows 10. Didn't experience crashes and not responding applications in windows 7.

I set custom size for my C drive 200-200 as temporary solution until I get the 8 GB RAM. Is that okay?

It might help some. What is the size of your C drive and are there any really big files on it. Go to Settings/System/Storage and post a pic of that. Did you run the Disk Cleanup? That 900MB left is worrisome.

I ran Disk Cleanup thousands of times. It delete files I don't know what, but it doesn't free enough disk space. All applications installed are important and I use them everyday, I can't uninstall them. Currently, I have 40 GB total in C drive. Thanks for your care.
