I just finished imaging everything. Almost ready to go.
Not sure if I should have imaged or cloned, but I imaged.
here is another copy of what was so small before.
DISM repair with ISO not working am I doing somrthing wrong ?

Hi can you confirm if you are using EFI? I think the first partition on Disk 0 is your EFI partition.
Your OS and recovery partitions are on disk 2, your SSD, but what I'm guessing is your EFI partition is on disk 0.
Now, as I said, Disk Management won't show your 16Mb partition, so for completeness, download and install

and provide a screenshot something like this (here's mine, where you can see all relevant partitions - I have a redundant 450Mb recovery partition created when I did an in-place repair install - note the 16Mb partition):
Assuming the above, you will delete the 100Mb partition on disk 0, format disk 2 (your SSD), and if your 16 Mb partition is on one of the other disks, delete that.
Then you will clean install Win 10 on your SSD.

dalchina here is a screenshot as requested.
I was using the G: drive to boot to another OS. In the past I would go into the BIOS setup, and change the boot up to G:
Drive E: was used to store photos etc.
I had tried to load just the OS on C: , and all other software applications on E:, but there were programs that would only install on C: no matter what I tried.
This time around I plan on reloading the OS on C: along with any software programs, and use E: for anything I save.
Unless you have a better suggestion.

First, we'll take some precautions and make some preparations, and test your boot media.
1. Check you can mount and access your image of your Windows partition. I'm assuming you can still boot to Windows at this point. Refer to Macrium help as necessary.
Do not move on until you are confident you can do that, as we are going to delete that partition on Disk 3.
2. Make sure you can boot from the Macrium boot disk.
3. Download and create a Minitools boot disk
Bootable Partition Manager| MiniTool Partition Wizard Bootable Edition
and check you can boot from that.
4. Check you can boot from your Win 10 boot disk/flash drive. Don't do anything with it - exit when you get to the first prompt.
N.B. You are not ready to install Win 10 yet.

Ok I am going to use my DVD ISO . I hope I can boot from a ISO on a DVD.
Going to disconnect all the other drives.

Don't try to install Windows until you have done all those steps- all of them. That's 3 different boot disks.
(I prefer to be prepared and have these ready myself).

If you burnt the ISO to disk , as DATA , it won't boot , you have to Burn it as an IMAGE .....
It's good to use a CDRW too as Macrium's Disk etc should be updated each time the Program is updated...
Yes I would disconnect the other two Drives too , then just delete all current partitions during the Installation at the "Where do you want to install Windows phase" and let Windows recreate the 4 correct ones.
Don't forget to switch the Bios to UEFI (and AHCI) after you disconnect the other Drives before booting to the Win10 Install Disk.

Double Check your Bootable MTPW Disk is not only Bootable but it see's what the windows version of the Program does , I just checked mine and it does not ...all GPT partitions are seen as Other, as are the MBR Disks in a Raid Array, so you can't work with them.
Maybe just be a problem for me ? the windows program is now crashing with a Loader.exe problem too...

Tried to boot with the ISO that I created using the Media Creation Tool from Microsoft. Takes a little time, but it boots into the install screen so I guess that's ok.
Tried booting with the Macrium Rescue Media disc, and it boots up, and can maneuver to the "insert the image disk" I inserted the first disc and it requested the last disc as it has the index. So I'm guessing it will run ok.
Having trouble creating the Wizard Bootable Disc, but I think I am still good to go.
I have exported all my E-mails, and Contact list to one of the drives I am removing.
Felt a little uncomfortable about the ACHI. I was concerned that when I changed to ACHI on boot up that I could not boot with my c: drive, and thought I might have issues with the ISO not seeing the SSD drive as an SSD: so I opted to change the setting with regedit.
ACHI is now loading on startup, BIOS look a little funny to me as it scrolls by, and shows up as a SCSI, but I boot up fine.
I've got a few minor things to do so later this evening I will start as I'm one of those people that wants to see all the screen "happenings" as a load the fresh OS.

I assume you set AHCI in the Bios as well as changing it in the Registry? , you want the Bios in AHCI ( or Raid) AND UEFI for Windows 10 and a GPT SSD bootdisk.
The registry will be wiped out when you wipe the SSD so there should not be problems there.
The MTPW Boot disk is not working for me either , Nor is their new Beta MTPW10 Disk which now use WinPE instead of Linux,
However both Macrium and MTPW9 both work from inside KYHI's Bootable PE Environment with no issues , so perhaps make one of those instead , it has many other useful Apps on it too .
