Windows 10 takes 1 minute to boot

I would turn off Defragmentation for a while and just for testing purposes, normally it only runs when computer is not being used. But you never know.
One last Suggestion : Windows Swap File (Virtual Memory)
In System>Advanced System Settings>Performance Settings : I have "Let Windows choose what is best" and the "Advanced" tab >Virtual Memory I disabled the "Automatically Manage Paging file" and instead I choose Drive C > "System Managed size".
I have 12Gb RAM and 4 Partitions and the automacally mangaed file is giving me a huge Swap File. With this settings a have a small 1,8Gb swap file.

Turned off Defragmentation and changed the options you suggested and turned on fastboot. Shutdown was 1 minute and boot 45 seconds. Turned off fastboot and shutdown is 13 seconds and boot 30. I'm really happy with these results and will stop trying to optimize further. Thank you very much to everyone who tried to help me, If there are no other suggestions I may declare this thread as solved.
