High RAM consumption in DWM.exe process after Win10 Anniversary update

Anyone else having this problem?



my system is PT-BR, but the process eating 435mb is DWM.exe

DWM.exe is responsible for all those sweet windows 10 effects.
Try these..
in control panel go to system>> advance system setting >> Performance >> settings .. Adjust for performance.. Reboot.

If still facing same issue, Try doing a sfc/scannow in elevated command prompt/

Hmmm but i don't believe that it is a normal behavior 400mb RAM usage even with all effects enabled. Something is not right.

Yes its definitely now.. and if you want to put efforts in fixing it.
Begin with a clean boot and see if a third party app is causing this.
Try a sfc/scannow.. run windows updates and run a dism repair.
My favorite way is Reset without deleting files.
