Windows shows i have 31,9GB RAM

Currently have 32GB RAM installed on my X99 system with an Intel 5820K but according to Resource monitor on Windows 10 there is 32680MB Physical memory installed, total value of 32680MB and 87.5MB Hardware reserved,. Checking the system properties windows i have only 31.9GB RAM to play with.

Strange thing is I recently upgraded Windows 7 to to Windows 10 yesterday on another drive and there Resource monitor shows 32768MB Physical memory installed, total value of 32680MB and 87,5MB Hardware reserved. Going to the system properties it shows full 32GB. How come the two Windows 10 installations shows different numbers on "physical memory installed" and at the same time only 31.9GB on the first one and 32GB on the second one?

As far as i know i don't have any hardware currently reserving RAM since i run a dedicated card and the 5820K doesn't have an integrated graphic card.

There will always be some memory in hardware reserved, it is not just for integrated video. The value for total RAM is subject to rounding and the rules that govern this are undocumented.
