Do you have drive E, F, or D connected?

    Are these drives large enough?

Do you have any other drive other than C: connected? If not, you will have to before you will have a drive available to select.

Were you able to select a drive?

For the 0x80040304 error, check you File History settings to make sure that you don't have the same folder in both your included and exclude folder settings.
