Reliability Monitor not working after system image restoration

My master boot record was no longer viable so I had to, of necessity, use a system image to restore everything (Windows 10 Pro now at 10586.494) two weeks ago. Since then, the Reliability Monitor has behaved strangely, either showing the blue graph line taking dips and upsweeps, but with no event information, or just a horizontal blue graph line at the '10' level. I cannot find the task, racagent, in Task Scheduler under RAC. I ran sfc /scannow and the DISM command to 'restore health', but both actions found no problems. I tried resetting the Reliability Monitor per other suggestions in this forum -- that just pegged the blue graph line at '10'. I can view two problem reports by clicking on 'View all problem reports' at the bottom, but no Windows Update or program update events show anywhere. Any help in solving this would be much appreciated!

    how to possibly solve

Did a complete repair/install -- Reliability Monitor appears to be working correctly now. Will wait a few days to be sure.
