W10/32 BIT - element not found 0x0070490 - cannot run windows backup.

    Hi Guys
have browsed through the net for the answer to this annoying failure - with no success to date.
At the moment I have set up my backup to a usb external hard drive (WD Elements 1 Tb).
Is there a definitive answer to this problem?
Your comments and suggestions welcome (particularly in simple terms)
    Thanks in advance

PS - my other 2 W10pc's 1x32 bit + 1x64 bit backup with no problems
