Option to set up an exact time for doing defrag on hard drive?

My friend I have another question. This doesn't have relation to the topic but I would like to know if there is some option to set up an exact time for doing Defrag in your hard drive. I mean in the options only appears " daily, weekly and monthly" but it doesn't tell me much information. I don't know in which time or under what conditions may apply defragmentation process. I would like to set up an exact time just like windows 7 but I don't know where to find it or if even exists for windows 10. I may appreciate your help again. Thank you

I believe the best you can get is to set a time for your Automatic Maintenance - Change Settings in Windows 10 - Windows 10 Forums since that seems to be the schedule according to this,
