Well I followed the instructions to zip the CBS log and saved it t desktop but it would attach the reply post.

Now I know there is a problem because I have been trying to make a clone of the small drive to a larger one but get a blue screen (not BSOD) telling me there is a problem cloning the install and gives me an error code.

Now again I am away from home but will try again tomorrow. If nothing works then I shall have to do the clean install again my only concern is that I have activated my Kaspersky AV on this drive and they may balk at letting me activate again on the larger drive the rest I am not worried about.
Well John, you're just going to have to type everything in the CBS.log

    Nah, just kidding
... you could copy the text in the parsed log and paste it in a code box (the # on the posting menu)

You could also try disabling Kaspersky.
There were reported issues with Kaspersky 2015 not being compatible with Win10, but Kaspersky 2016 seems to work well with Win10.

Ok Bill and yes I have 2016 KIS as I always upgrade as soon as the next version comes out - one can use the same activation code which is a plus at least. But I will disable it pro tem as well.

Disable it just as a test to see if it might be causing some of the issues on your machine.

It should be relatively easy to figure out if that was causing problems.

Disabled - no BSOD or other issues you reported (uploading the CBS zip folder...)
    Contact Kaspersky
Run MS Defender until you get an answer

Disabled - still have BSODs or other issues you reported (uploading the CBS zip folder...)
    Enable Kaspersky
    It wasn't causing the issue(s)

Ok Bill I have no BSOD as such just a blue screen with a message. I will try and attach the CBS files again as it is only 1.86MB which to me it not that large.

Edit this is with KIS disabled but it took a long time

Trust me John, that is a lot of text and pretty large

    What SFC wants to do
    Code:
The following actions will be performed:
        Regeneration Candidates: 0
        Removal Candidates: 325
        Superseded/LDR (Delta Compression) Candidates: 1037
        Null-Delta Compression Candidates:

            Boot-Recovery Candidates: 91
        Deletion Candidates (Non Driver): 0
        Driver Deletion Candidates: 33
    What I see mainly
    Code:
2016-06-17 11:06:37, Warning CBS Current sub stage percentage lower than last sub stage percentage. [HRESULT = 0x8007000d - ERROR_INVALID_DATA]

Then there is 2 files that cannot be deleted for some reason
    Code:
    2016-06-17 11:36:01, Info CSI 0000154a Couldn't mark for pending delete: [l:38 ml:39]"\SystemRoot\WinSxS\Temp\PendingDeletes"\[l:44]"$$DeleteMe.sortkey.nlp.01d1c77ebc7739a6.0003". Reason: [13]"Cannot Delete"

Honestly I haven't ever seen such a log, though I have not seen many CBS logs. What this all means I can't say.

Ok Martijn the machine at the moment is running ok and the faster SSD I cloned to is three times as fast so I really cannot complain.

If those files are not causing any issues then best left alone - my main concern was the activated AV because it is a hassle to contact Kaspersky in Melbourne and explain to them why I would need that activation back.

But thanks for all the help from everyone.

Oh the cloning problem I found was down to having the disk to be cloned to set as an MBR instead of a GPT disk is that makes any sense of what has gone on with that issue.

Methinks the SFC warnings are from the upgrade issues (Home > Pro) not sure. There are other instances where just the upgrade results in the same warnings.

and Methinks the Pending Deletes are associated with language processing - I've seen SFC info msgs about language packs, which can be ignored.

Insert the install media you just made from Techbench

Note the drive letter - I'll use E: as an example, it might be a different letter on your machine.
Just substitute the letter of the install media where I use E:

Right click the Windows icon (aka Start button) on the Taskbar
    Select Command Prompt (Admin)

Enter the following lines in the Command Prompt window:
    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:wim:E:\sources\install.wim:1 /limitaccess

    SFC /ScanNow
Note: there are only two lines - the post wraps the Dism command.

If there are any errors on the screen after the commands run,
    Navigate to C:\Windows\Logs
    Right click the CBS folder
Select Send to > Compressed (zip) folder
answer yes to place on Desktop
Attach the zip folder to your next post

Shutdown the machine, wait 2 minutes, then restart the machine.

    Full tutorials:
    Run DISM in Command Prompt
Run SFC /ScanNOW in Command Prompt

Either one will work - just substitute E: with the drive letter of the USB or DVD.

One question John - is the ISO from Techbench or from the Media Creation Tool (MCT).
If you downloaded from Techbench, the Dism parameters in post# 17 are what you need.

I think you got it from Techbench, but want to be certain.

Yes Bill got it from techbench I think I mentioned it before though that installing some of the windows in the tutorial never showed up - for example the one which asks if you want Home or Pro which happened an both of the other machines when I installed 10 on them

Having said that those ISO's where made longer ago than the current one I have and the burn speed I use d back then was slower than what this ISO was burnt at.
