PC freezing; no BSOD (Kernel-Power 41)

Been getting random freezes for the past month now and it's really annoying. Because they're not related to BSOD, I am getting no dump files to analyze. Event Viewer is useless too.

The freezes aren't really that consistent; they happen maybe 6 hours apart from each other. They can happen when I'm simply browsing the internet or when I'm playing games. I have to manually restart my PC because Windows 10 becomes completely unresponsive during this time. I've tried many things to locate the culprit:

    • Did a fresh install of Windows 10
    • Reseated RAM
    • Ran MemTest86 overnight; no errors
    • Changed power settings (only because this helped others, but didn't help me)
    • Changed SSD settings (only because this helped others, but didn't help me)
    • Defaulted overclock values
    • Updated BIOS to current version

None of these worked for me. I'm stuck. My PC has premium parts in it too so I highly doubt its a PSU or motherboard problem, but I don't know. Before you ask, my CPU temps are fine even directly before the crashes. Also I haven't had malware or anything related to that on my PC in years.

    How do I fix this?

PC build: Core i5-4670K 3.4GHz Quad-Core, GeForce GTX 780 3GB Superclocked ACX, Define R4 w/Window (Black Pearl) ATX Mid Tower - System Build - PCPartPicker

Get a new power supply. Yours is failing.

You have no way of knowing that.
@VHeroes, please run the BSOD Posting instructions even though you are not having BSOD problms. They will give a lot of other info that may help. BSOD - Posting Instructions - Windows 10 Forums

Next please right click on the start icon and select Command prompt administrator, give admin permissions and copy/paste this into the window that opens and press enter sfc /scannow . If you decide to type it in, please notice the space between the sfc and the /. We want it to say no integrity violations were found. If it says there where corrupt files that could not be repaired, please reboot and run it again. You may have to run it 3 times with reboots in between each time.

Make sure your SSD is on the latest firmware.
