    Did just that - And It didn't go away.....

    But, the issue was resolved when I manually deleted the files I found using that tree program.
    It was a huge dump of win10 update files. Go figure.

    If the OS crashes, you might find pagefile.sys is increased to the size of your installed memory. There is a registry fix to reset the page file size - see my post at http://www.eightforums.com/performan...ter-crash.html
