    Slow Windows 10

When I click the Windows icon on the left buttom it takes some seconds to open and even the search bar where it says "I'm Cortana etc..." And when opening software too like for example Word 2016. Even when right clicking on desktop , it takes time to show the options. I see on youtube those programs and their windows 10 working very smoothly and fast. I am already on no animations and so on. Its an activated Windows 10 too. Look my specs. Thanks alot who tried to help me. cheers

Here is a tutorial you should have a good read of :
How to Optimize the Performance of Windows 10
    Optimize Performance of Windows 10

I am not saying you have to do all that are on the list.
Pick ones that are most applicable.

Yes I read your post. I thought something was wrong for having a 64bit and 2gb ram.

Does a 32bit run smoother on the specs I got?

If you are thinking of switching from 64-bit to 32-bit, you will need to do a Clean Install.
Whether it would be smoother or not, I cannot comment as I do not have first hand experience on switch a 64-bit to 32-bit.
Is your computer running smoothly as of now ?

I have a 6+ years old Dell laptop with only 2 GB Ram, merely 100 GB hard disk, running a 32-bit Windows 10 Pro. No issues at all.

Thats old. And I have 650GB free. No issues you mean that when you press example on windows icon the menu comes up smooth and fast? and the right click on desktop menu opens fast? and when opening software like Word how fast is it? I might go to 32bit

    FAST is relative.
To me, my menu/programs come up in good time. No undue delay.
Of course, I keep almost all personal files etc in an external hard drive to lighten the load of the internal hard drive. Bare minimum "startup list"......... the usual drill.
